Herb is the simplest sewing pattern ever. He is gorgeous and shapely and quick to sew. Herb is also incredibly versatile. He would make a great toy for a beginner or for children to learn to sew.
He requires very few supplies-all you need is a fat quarter of fabric and away you go.
The pattern contains full size templates, diagrams and instructions to create your own dinosaur and you can get started with the supplies you already have. Herb is a very quick pattern and you will be able to whip him up in just a couple of hours, you could make a small herd in a day !
This dinosaur pattern is super versatile and can be made up in cotton, minky, polar fleece, cotton jersey, velvet – even repurposed linens. The types of fabric are really only limited by your imagination.
Herb is a generous 6 inches high and 15 inches long. Stretchier fabrics will result in a slightly larger dinosaur.
